How do you get it?

• To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon MMTICICIEMI/MMTINDUSEMI/MMTKOTAKEMI in the E-Coupon field for ICICI Bank/ IndusInd Bank and Kotak Bank respectively in case of Flights & Hotels. No Code is required in case of Holidays.
• Customer needs to pay using EMI options available on ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank and Kotak Bank Credit Cardson MakeMyTrip
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any deal code running on MakeMyTrip
• The offer is valid from 10th to 19th Feb, 2020 between 0000 Hrs and 2359 Hrs
• The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per category throughout the offer period
• For Flights, Instant discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance)

What is No Cost EMI?

• No Cost EMI can be availed on 3 months tenure
• In No Cost EMI, monthly instalment = Total product price / EMI tenure in months
• The interest charged by the bank will be offered in the form of cashback  by MakeMyTrip, effectively making it no effective interest
• For e.g:
  • You pay INR 30,000 for your ticket using No Cost EMI, your card will be blocked for INR 30,000 at MakeMyTrip
  • Your bank will convert this to EMI within 4-7 days.
  • Cashback equal to the interest amount (INR 663) will be credited within 7 days to card. This reduces a loan of INR 30,663 (principal + interest) to a loan of INR 30,000
  • You pay 3 equal instalments of INR 10,000 every month
• The discount under No Cost EMI on credit card payment option is being offered exclusively by MMT and does not amount to EMI/interest waiver extended by the bank.
• Cardholder will need to pay applicable EMI and interest on total value of the order at the time of payment to the respective Bank Card in accordance with the terms applicable to the credit card.

What else do you need to know?

• Offer is valid on EMI bookings only.
• Offer is valid for only 1 booking per category per Credit Card during the entire offer period.
• Offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip’s Website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App only.
• Offer is not valid on multi city flights. These flights are booked through the multi-city tab on the website.
• Offer is valid only on Ex-India flights i.e. Flights departing from any Indian airport.
• Offer is NOT applicable on NR, Corporate and Commercial cards.
• Offer is NOT applicable on part payment transactions.
• Offer is NOT applicable on transaction made partially or completely using Gift Cards.
• In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously from a Bank, no two offers can be combined by the customer.
• This Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through Debit Cards/Internet Banking.
• Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet – bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal.

• Bookings where ‘Book Now Pay Later’ option is selected, and INR 1 has been paid for reservation, will not be eligible for the offer.

• This offer is not valid on same day and +1 day check-ins.

Holidays Specific T&Cs

• Offer is valid for bookings with 2 or more passengers only (excluding children and infants).
• In order to be eligible for the cashback offer, your package booking must include at least 2 adult passengers. This offer is applicable on packages with or without flights.
• Offer is not applicable on payments through EDC swipes (Electronic data capture machine).
• To be eligible for the offer, the booking needs to be made between 10th Feb – 19th Feb, 2020 and 100% payment needs to be made in one go.
• The Customer can avail the holiday package offer for a maximum of 1 booking per card i.e. 1 booking for domestic holiday package or 1 for international holiday package.
• Customer cannot make the payment in multiple transactions. The entire payment has to made in a single transaction.
• Customer is eligible for the Holiday Offer only for the first booking per card for a successful transaction done using an eligible ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank and Kotak Bank Credit Cards (EMI option).
• Offer is not applicable on payments for online bookings made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet), 3rd party wallets, payback points, COD, Pay Pal, Pay with Points and netbanking.
• The Offer is only valid on holiday package bookings and not valid on standalone hotel or flight bookings. Package refers to flight, hotel and transportation booked as a component.
• This offer is applicable on select domestic and international holiday packages only.
• Cashback to all eligible users will be credited by June 15th, 2020.
• The cashback to card offer is applicable once per card.
• Cashback would be applicable only on components booked during the sale period. Any activity/upgrade options booked post sale period would not be eligible for cash back.

Conditions in case of cancellation

In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer

Terms of the offer:

• If the Cardholder doesn’t receive the cashback, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for any cashback
• Offer is valid only on the eligible BINs shared by respective Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by respective Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder shall approach respective Bank and respective Bank shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip will not refund the booking amount
• In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
