For this, first of all you have to go to the official website of Ayushman Bharat Yojana pmjay.gov.in

- You have to click on ‘Find Hospital’ from these given options
- Then you will be asked to choose your state here, select it

- After this you have to choose your district
- Then you also have to tell about the type of hospital
- Now you will see the captcha code on the screen which you have to enter here
- Then you have to click on submit
Step 4
- As soon as you click on the submit button, after this a list of hospitals will come in front of you
- Then you can get your free treatment in any of the hospitals given in this list, the entire cost of which is borne by the government
- You will get Rs 5 lakh annually in this scheme One gets the benefit of free treatment.
