What are the benefits?

Ayushman cards of eligible people are made under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Then with the help of this card, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals (hospitals which are registered in this scheme).

Through Ayushman card, you can avail the benefit of free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh every year. Eligible people can get Ayushman card made like this:-

Step 1

• If you are eligible for Ayushman Bharat Yojana, then your Ayushman card can be made
• For this you have to apply, for which you first have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra
• Then here you have to meet the concerned officer

Step 2

• Meet the officer and tell them that you want to get Ayushman card made
• After this your eligibility is checked and if you are eligible then the further process continues
• Then some of your documents are asked from you, which include Aadhar card, residence certificate, ration card, an active mobile number etc.

Step 3

• Now after you give the documents, these documents are verified
• After this the work of your application is completed
• Then when this is completed, your application is done, after some time your card is made and you can download it.
