For this, an order has been issued by the Health Department. Under the issued order, from April 1, everyone will have to accept this rule, otherwise their salaries will be deducted.

Rules fixed, order issued

If someone does not mark biometric attendance in the Jharkhand Health Department, then their salary will be deducted. A letter of order in this regard has been sent by the Health Department to the superintendents of all the hospitals. Biometric attendance has been made mandatory from April 1. From April 1, all the doctors, nurses and other employees of the hospital will have to mark their attendance in the biometric system. The doctor’s attendance will be monitored by the NMC.

The rules will be effective from April 1

Along with this, the faulty biometric system is being rectified in the hospital premises. While issuing the order, the Health Department has made it clear that from April 1, attendance through biometric will be mandatory. If this is not done, the salary of the employees will be deducted.

Earlier, the biometric system was made mandatory by the Jharkhand government in all the departments of the state. Orders were also issued in this regard. These rules are going to be effective from 1st April. Earlier, the biometric system was implemented in the health department. Where many employees were withheld their salary for not making attendance. Now it is being made absolutely mandatory.

It was clarified in the issued order that from April 1, all the employees will have to mark their attendance through the biometric system. NMC will monitor the attendance of the doctor. The attendance of the nurse and other employees will be verified through the biometric system.
