The Finance Minister clarified that the pay scale on the lines of the Center has been implemented by the government to the employees recruited after July 17, 2020, in various departments of the state. Expenditure on salaries and allowances
The Finance Minister clarified that last year the fixed expenditure on salaries and allowances was 46.97%, which is likely to be 46.39% this year while talking about other states, Kerala spends only 42.63% on salaries and pensions and Haryana 42.90% on its employees.
