The Yogi Adityanath government of UP has asked the officers and employees to give details of their assets before December 31. In this regard, the Personnel Department has issued a mandate on behalf of Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra. If this detail is not given by the due date, then the promotion of the employees and officers may be stopped.

The state government issued this order

In fact, State Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra has issued an order directing all IAS, PCS officers and employees of the state government to give details of their assets by December 31. Under this, all the officers and employees will have to register their property details on the Sampada portal, the promotion of the employee or officer who does not give the details of his property till December 31 will be stopped. will not be done.

Information to be given before December 31

It has been clearly stated in the order that under Rule-24 of the Uttar Pradesh Government Employees Conduct Rules, all the officers and employees of the state will have to compulsorily give the details of their movable and immovable assets by December 31, 2023, on the Manav Sampada Portal. Failure to give the details of movable and immovable property by this date will be taken as a disadvantage for that employee. In the meetings of the Departmental Selection Committees (DPCs) to be held on January 1, 2024 and thereafter, special cognizance will be taken of this matter, unless such personnel present the details of their movable and immovable assets on the portal, their promotion cases will be considered. It will not happen.

Promotion will not be given if property details are not given

The special thing is that this order has been issued for every department of the state government. The notice regarding the order has been sent to all the department heads and responsible officers of the state. It has been said in the instruction that for not giving details to ACS, PS, Secretary and HoD, no place will be given in any DCP after January 1, 2024, i.e. officers and employees will not be promoted until they give details of their assets. They don’t give. However, this is the first time when the government has issued such an order ordering the officers and employees to give details on the SAMPADA portal.
