The High Court has given a big relief to the employees. In fact, rejecting the government’s appeal, the High Court has ordered that 50 percent allowance should be made available to the employees. Along with this, the salary of the employees can increase up to Rs.45,000.

The Jharkhand High Court has given instructions to restore 50 percent STF allowance given to Jharkhand Jaguar jawans. The High Court has made it clear in its order that this allowance should be restored.
STF allowance was banned in 2019
The STF allowance for Jaguar jawans was stopped in 2019 by the Jharkhand government. This decision of the government was challenged in the High Court by Dubraj Hembram and Annie.
Government’s appeal rejected
On this, the single bench had directed the government to restore the STF allowance. LPA was also filed by the government against the order of the High Court. On which the hearing was held on Monday, the latest payment appeal filed by the government was heard by the bench of High Court Chief Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra. During this, after hearing the arguments of all the parties, the High Court has rejected the appeal of the government.
Will get this much salary
Along with this, on getting 50 percent STF allowance, a benefit of Rs 9000 to 12000 will be given in their salary. Also, their salary can increase from 42000 to 45000 rupees.
