The matter of Ruby Rai was not settled that in 2017 a topper named Ganesh put the Bihar education system in the dock.
Ganesh topped in Arts. He got 80 out of 100 in Hindi, 83 out of 100 in Music, 80 out of 100 in Social Science and 50 out of 100 in Psychology, 42 out of 50 in NRA and 36 out of 50 in MAL.
The result of Bihar Board 12th 2022 will be released today i.e. at 3 pm. After the release of the result, students will be able to check it on the official website. From 2016 onwards, the interview of toppers of Bihar Board is conducted before the declaration of result.
This is done by the board so that the toppers can be detected correctly, because the students who had topped in 2016, 2017 and 2018 passed by copying. These students did not even know what is the full name of which subject and what is taught in that subject.
The poll was open to 2016 topper Ruby Rai.
In 2016, Inter Arts topper Ruby could not even name her subject properly. Ruby had not only described political science as ‘prodigal science’ but said that cooking is taught in it.
After this scam in the result, when the Bihar Board took the test of many toppers again, Ruby Rai, Saurabh Shrestha and Rahul Kumar all three failed in it. The board had canceled the result of all three.
The investigation also revealed that Rai, the principal of the school where Ruby studied, was the root of the scam.
Scam in the age of toppers of

Ganesh, who topped in the subject of music, had no knowledge of music at all. Ganesh Kumar was accused of passing the exam by cheating and hiding his age. The result was canceled after Ganesh’s theft was exposed and another was made the topper.
2018 Topper Controversy
In 2018 also there was a dispute regarding the topper of the board. Topper Kalpana Kumari was embroiled in controversies after the results of the Intermediate Examination 2018 were announced.
Kalpana had topped with Science stream, but her attendance was less than 75 percent in the school. Kalpana’s attendance was less than 75 percent and she was preparing for medical by staying in Delhi. After these controversies, interviews of toppers started taking place in Bihar.
