BSEB DElEd Exam 2024: State level entrance examination will be organized from March 30 for admission to DElEd colleges in the upcoming session. Admit card for this will be released from 23rd March i.e. a week before the examination.

BSEB DElEd Entrance Exam: The entrance examination for enrollment in DElEd course will be held from March 30. Bihar School Examination Board has also issued instructions related to the Joint Entrance Examination. The admit card will be released on the portal of the committee one week before the examination.

According to Bihar Board, online examination is to be held from March 30 in two shifts on different days for enrollment on 30 thousand 750 seats in 306 D.El.Ed colleges across the state. More than two lakh students have applied to appear in the examination. For enrollment in D.El.Ed colleges, the process of first, second and third merit list and nomination, option locking, seat allotment, slide up etc. will be done in May-June.

The nomination process will end by the end of June. The new session will start in July. The committee has said that 50 percent of the total seats in all institutions will be reserved for science and 50 percent for arts and commerce candidates. 10 percent space will be reserved for Urdu subject candidates. This reservation will be applicable in the form of horizontal reservation, but this reservation benefit will be available only to those candidates who have passed the Plus Two level examination with Urdu subject.

According to government rules, out of the total sanctioned seats, five percent horizontal reservation will be given to the disabled, five percent horizontal reservation will be given to the dependent son and unmarried daughter of serving, retired, deceased, ex-serviceman employee resident of Bihar state.

Let us tell you that since August last year, the demand for D.El.Ed has increased since B.Ed passes were banned for the post of primary school teacher through the decision of the Supreme Court. At the same time, fewer students are taking admission in B.Ed colleges than before. There is a lot of craze among the people to become a primary teacher in UP Bihar. Therefore, to become a primary teacher, instead of B.Ed, students want to take admission in D.El.Ed at any cost. The candidates who have already done B.Ed are now regretting it.
