BSES AC Replacement Scheme: BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) has announced AC Replacement Scheme for its customers for a limited time. Under this scheme, BRPL customers living in South and West Delhi can avail a discount of up to 66% on replacement of their old AC with a new energy efficient 5-star rated AC. BRPL is the largest discom of Delhi. It is a joint venture between the Government of Delhi (49%) and Reliance Infrastructure Limited (51%).
Partnership with these companies
The company has partnered with major air conditioner manufacturers like Voltas, Godrej, LG, Blue Star and Lloyd to implement this AC replacement scheme. Customers can exchange their old AC for any 5-star split, window and window inverter model listed on the BRPL website. Who is eligible for this scheme?
The website states that any BRPL domestic consumer can avail the benefits of this scheme. There should not be any outstanding on the contract account number on which the scheme is being availed. The company is offering free installation under this scheme.
How to avail the benefits of the scheme?
- Visit BRPL website and select ‘AC Replacement Scheme’ under ‘WHAT’S NEW’ tab.
- Click to register for AC Replacement Scheme.
- To register, add the documents mentioned on the website.
- After this enter details like name, CA number, email and mobile number.
- Select DISCOM as ‘BRPL’ and click on Register button
- To complete the registration, an OTP will be sent to the given mobile number.
- Once the registration is complete, the consumer has to update.
- Now click on submit button.
- After clicking on the submit button, a registration number will be generated.
- With this you can track the status after login.
