This is not a new offer, but this offer will end soon and that is why you should definitely take advantage of it as soon as possible. Actually, BSNL is giving 4GB free data to the customers on upgrading their 2G/3G SIM card to 4G SIM.

BSNL Karnataka said in a social media post that the last date of the offer is March 31, 2024. So if you upgrade your old network SIM to BSNL 4G SIM, you can enjoy the bonus data offered by the company.

Recently, reports surfaced online said that BSNL has deployed around 3500 4G sites in major northern states of India including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. Apart from the northern states, this list also includes some states of Southern India including Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

In Tamil Nadu, the deployment of BSNL’s 4G sites will begin after April 2024. BSNL aims to upgrade about 1 lakh sites across India to 4G with the help of a Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)-led consortium, which also includes Tejas Networks (the company that will provide the gear) and C-DOT (Centre for Development of Telematics) is also included.
