CBSE Board is in favor of taking strict action against students who cheat in class 10th and 12th exams. 1- Will be wasted on disqualification 1 year- If a student is caught cheating in the exam, then the board can disqualify him/her to appear for the exam in that year. This means that he will not be able to give the board exam that year.

2- 5 years ban on giving exam- If the board wants, after the complaint of the teacher, the student can be banned from appearing in the exam for the next 5 years. Now you can imagine that cheating and not preparing properly for the exam can affect your life.

3- Ban for life- In view of the serious matter of cheating in CBSE board exams, students can also be banned for life. This means that the student will never be able to give the board exam.

4- Submitting the answer sheet ahead of time- If a student tries to cheat during the board exam, then the invigilator can collect his answer sheet. In return, the student will be given a new sheet, on which he will have to write all the answers again. A lot of time will be wasted in this.

5- Strict action- If the matter of cheating is more serious then the police can be called in the exam center. Police can record everyone’s statement to investigate the case of cheating and send it to the board’s office for further action.

6- Punishment for talking unnecessarily to the invigilator- During the board exams, some students while talking to the invigilator try to persuade them to tell the answer. In such a situation, action can be taken against the student on the basis of rules.
