CBSE has started the application process for Teacher Eligibility Test July. Candidates can register by visiting the official website ctet.nic.in.

CBSE CTET 2023: Central Board of Secondary Education has released important notification regarding CBSE CTET July. The application process for the 17th edition of Teacher Eligibility Test has started from today i.e. 27th April. Interested candidates can register by visiting the official website ctet.nic.in. The last date to apply is May 27, 2023.

Applications will not be accepted after May 26, 2023 at 11:59 PM. The application fee can be paid till May 27. The exam can be conducted between July to August. Till now the exam date has not been announced by CBSE.

Let us tell you that CTET exam is conducted twice a year by CBSE. One is in July and the other in December. Candidates appearing in Paper-I are eligible for teacher recruitment for classes 1 to 5. On the other hand, the candidates appearing in Paper-2 are considered eligible for class 6th to 8th teacher recruitment. Candidates who clear the exam are appointed as teachers in various Kendriya Vidyalayas, Army Schools and Navodaya Vidyalayas across the country.

General and OBC candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000 for one paper. The fee for both the papers is Rs 1200. On the other hand, SC / ST / Divyang candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 for any one paper and Rs 600 for both the papers.
