New Delhi, Rajiv Kumar. In the Corona era, companies are preparing to produce with new methods. In these preparations it is their priority to protect their staff from the corona virus. This is the reason why big companies are still keeping a close watch on the health of all their staff. For this work, they are resorting to internally developed apps. Companies are also taking complete information about the health of the staff as well as their family members. According to experts, after the lockdown opens guidelines can be issued by the government to keep complete information about the health of its employees.
Eight lakh employees of Reliance Industries (RIL) these days are sharing their health information with their HR through an app developed by the company. The name of this app is Kovid-19 System Checker. Staff fill in their complete information on this app. They have to give this information between 9 am and 11 am. The staff of Maruti Suzuki, the country’s largest carmaker, also informs about health between seven and nine o’clock in the morning on an app prepared by the company. Staff from these companies are still working from home.
They receive calls from their managers for not providing health information on the app. Many big corporate companies like Reliance and Maruti are taking this kind of step. According to the staff of these companies, by sharing this type of information, managers know which staff should be called and who should be sent on leave. If false information is given by the staff, action can be taken against them.
According to experts, it will be mandatory to monitor the health of all its staff in the coming days, otherwise companies may face many problems. The arrival of a sick worker will make many workers sick and production will be affected.
In the meantime, it has been clarified by the Ministry of Health that if an employee is found to be corona infected, the entire company, not just the suspects, will be re-sanitized for 48 hours.
