The employees of Madhya Pradesh have been waiting for an increase in dearness allowance for a long time. For this, the possibility of announcement was expressed in the first month of April. However, due to some reason the matter got stuck. However, once again in June, there may be an increase in the dearness allowance of the employees. For this, orders can be issued by the government. Dearness Allowance will be increased at the rate of four percent. With this, their dearness allowance may increase from 38 to 42 percent.
It can be extended in the month of July along with the salary for the month of June after it is announced by the government in June. Its preparation has been started by the Finance Department. The final decision in this regard will be taken by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. It may be mentioned that dearness allowance at the rate of 42 per cent is being provided by the government to the central employees while 38 per cent dearness allowance is being given to the employees of the state. There are more than 7 lakh employees including regular teachers and panchayat workers in the state.
The same employees getting the seventh pay scale can be given the benefit of increased dearness allowance from January 2023. An increase of 9 percent can be seen in the dearness allowance of the employees getting the sixth pay scale, while their dearness allowance is currently 212%. Which will be increased. DA will increase again for July half
At the same time, dearness allowance will be increased by the central government for the half year of July. It can be increased at the rate of 3 or 4 percent. At the same time, the increase in dearness allowance of central employees can be seen till the month of October. After its announcement by the Central Government, the dearness allowance of the employees will be increased twice this year by the State Government. Along with this, there will be an increase in their salary from 8 to ₹ 10 thousand rupees.
