Dearness allowance benefits

Actually, the dearness allowance of the employees has been increased by 3 percent by the Himachal government. Along with this, pensioners will also get the benefit of this increase. They will be provided dearness relief at the rate of 3 percent more. Its notification has been issued. HRTC employees and pensioners are now to be given the benefit of 34 per cent dearness allowance instead of 31.

Ex gratia benefit also increased

The hike will be applicable from April 1 for pensioners including employees of HRTC. Gave its benefit to pensioners including more than 15000 employees of the corporation. Minister Mukesh Agnihotri has said in his statement that orders have been issued on Monday on the decision of the board of directors to increase ex gratia benefits as well. Earlier, in case of death of a regular employee of the corporation while on duty, the minimum compensation has been increased from Rs.35,000 to Rs.55,000. At the same time, the maximum amount of one lakh has also been increased. Now they will be provided Rs 1.5 lakh instead of Rs 1 lakh.

Increase in ex gratia amount for contractual employees

Its minimum benefit has been increased from Rs 20,000 to Rs 35,000, while the maximum benefit has been increased from Rs 75,000 to Rs 1 lakh. At the same time, along with the increase in dearness allowance, a big increase will be seen in the salary of the employees.
