DDA will bring housing scheme of more than 4000

The price of a two room flat will be around Rs 1 crore. Similarly, the price of a three BHK flat will be kept between one crore to one and a half crore.
DDA made major changes in the rules
Delhi Development Authority had recently decided to amend its housing rules. Now even such people will be able to buy flats in DDA’s housing schemes, who already have a house or plot in Delhi.
According to the current rules, a person or family who has his own house-plot in Delhi cannot apply for a flat in the housing scheme of DDA. Due to non-sale of flats, DDA has now had to pass a proposal to amend its rules.
DDA has sold 1,763 flats so far this year. Only 199 flats have been sold in Narela and Dwarka. Similarly, people have so far booked 41 HIG flats in Jasola. To book your flat in DDA, you have to deposit Rs 50,000 as booking fee for EWS and Rs 1 lakh for LIG. DDA’s LIG housing scheme is in Lokpuram, Rohini, Siraspur and Narela in Delhi.
