Delhi Metro Pink Line: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation said that today there will be delay in Delhi Metro Rail service from Durgabai Deshmukh South Campus to Lajpat Nagar on Pink Line. Services on other lines will remain available as usual. DMRC wrote in a post on X, ‘Pink Line Update: Delay in services from Durgabai Deshmukh South Campus to Lajpat Nagar. Service normal on all other lines.

Meanwhile, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) implemented Phase IV of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP), a set of emergency measures to be used to prevent further deterioration in air quality.
Delhi’s pollution level was in the severe category on Wednesday morning with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) recording the air quality index (AQI) of 420 at 8 am.
