Metro Rail Corporation’s CPRO Anuj Dayal said that the metro management will undertake the work of repair of the track on some routes on Sunday, due to which some routes will be affected, on the remaining routes the metro will continue to run as per the regular schedule.
Information has been issued by Metro Corporation for the passengers traveling in Delhi Metro. According to this information, some routes of Metro will be affected on Sunday i.e. April 17. Delhi Metro will also do repair work on these routes.
Trains will not run on some routes due to repair work, for which passengers will have to use other alternate routes. After the repair work is done, the trains will start running back on the route.

He informed that due to track maintenance work on Blue Line i.e. Line-3/4 (Dwarka Sector-21 to Noida Electronic City/Vaishali) train services will be affected from 7 am on Sunday and will be normal till 7 am the next day. .
He said that train services between Rajiv Chowk and Karol Bagh section would be disrupted till 7 am. Therefore, train services in two stations Ram Krishna Ashram Marg and Jhandewalan section will not be able to be closed till 7 am on the next day i.e. on 18th April. Passengers will have to face some inconvenience.
Apart from this, in rest of Blue Line i.e. from Noida Electronic City/Vaishali to Rajiv Chowk and Karol Bagh to Dwarka Sector-21, during this period trains will be available as per timetable.
In addition, during this period, an announcement will also be made regarding the change in the stations and the destination of the trains inside the trains and at the respective platforms.
