Technology company Dell has started ending the work from home mode. The company recently asked its global sales team to come to the office and work. The company also said that work from home should not be done daily. This decision has been taken to improve the office environment and skills.
Technology company Dell asked its global sales team to work from the office again. The company said that employees who are able to work from the office will have to come to the office after September 30, 2024. They will work from the office for 5 days.
According to the memo of news agency Reuters, the company has taken this decision to grow skills and take advantage of the collaborative environment. The company has clearly said that work from home i.e. remote mode should be done occasionally, it should not be done regularly. Employees come to the office for the first three days.
The company expects its sales team to work in the office with customers and partners for five days. Earlier, the sales team used to work from the office for 3 days and work from home for 2 days.

Dell has said that if the members of the sales team cannot go to Dell’s office, then they can continue to work in remote mode. However, the company will take more information from these employees.
