Seeing the outbreak of cold in Lucknow, the capital of UP, District Magistrate Suryapal Gangwar has extended the school holidays from pre-primary to class 8 in all government, non-government and private schools.

It is extremely cold in North India at this time. At the same time, cold and fog in Uttar Pradesh have worsened the condition of the common people. From children to the elderly, everyone is imprisoned in their homes.

The oppression of cold continues in the capital Lucknow too, in view of which Lucknow District Magistrate Suryapal Gangwar has issued an important guideline regarding schools.

Seeing the outbreak of cold in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow, District Magistrate Suryapal Gangwar has ordered holiday in all schools up to class 8th till January 13. After this order, holidays have been extended by 3 more days in all the schools of Lucknow up to class 8th.

Earlier, in view of the cold, the District Magistrate of Lucknow had issued instructions on January 6, extending the school holidays from pre-primary to class 8 in all government, non-government and private schools till January 10. Whereas orders were given to operate schools from 9th to 12th class from 10 am to 3 pm.

Apart from this, let us tell you that classes from class 9th to 12th are being conducted continuously. However, the District Magistrate has already given orders to install heaters in the classroom.

Instructions have also been given to the school management to make adequate arrangements to protect children from cold in the classrooms. Along with this, it has also been said that classes should not be held in the open during practicals and exams.
