With this, the small employees who are trapped in the debt trap will get more benefits and now they will not have to borrow for any advance work. Under this, officers and employees will be able to take half of their salary as advance from the government and a maximum of twenty thousand rupees at a time. will be paid.
This system is going to be implemented from June 1. For this, the Finance Department has entered into an agreement with a non-banking finance company. In the coming days, there is a preparation to enter into an agreement with some other financial institutions, in which some banks will also be involved.

The special thing is that the state government will not charge any interest on the advance salary, the financial institution will only charge the transaction charge. Money will come into the account as soon as you click on the IFMS portal. The amount will be automatically deposited from the next salary.
If the next month’s salary bill is generated even before requesting for advance, then the amount will be deducted from the salary of the month ahead. There will be no need to give any reason for the same advance. Advances can be requested anytime day or night on the portal, which will also start in PSUs (Public Undertakings) who agree.
