The pension rules of the same employees and the four-tier pay scale and designation can also be given to the clerical cadre. Apart from this, the demands of contract, panchayat and employment assistants can also be considered. There are seven and a half lakh regular employees of all cadres and four and a half lakh pensioners in Madhya Pradesh.
4 percent increase in DA possible
In fact, dearness allowance of government employees is increased twice a year in January and July on the lines of the Centre. Along with the Centre, other states have given the first hike, but it has not been announced in Madhya Pradesh yet, due to which resentment is increasing among the employees, however, if media reports are to be believed, then in the month of June itself, the government employees of the state will also get inflation. You can get the gift of allowance increase. The DA of 7.50 lakh employees of the state can be increased again by 4%, for this the Finance Department has also started preparations. It can be announced anytime by CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan or its proposal can be brought in the cabinet meeting.
42% dearness allowance benefit soon
At present, the 7th Pay Commission employees of the state are getting the benefit of 38 per cent DA, after this increase the total DA will be 42 per cent. Due to this, the salary of the employees will be increased up to 10000. If it is announced before the end of June, then the benefit of increased DA can be given along with July salary. Due to this, there will be an additional burden of about 160 crores on the exchequer. Similarly, the dearness allowance of the employees getting the sixth pay scale can be increased by 9 percent. However, no official decision has been taken in this regard yet, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has to give the final approval on this.
Consideration should also be given to the pay scale and honorarium of the employees.

Big decision on pension also possible
After the announcement of the restoration of the old pension scheme by the Congress, the Employees’ Commission has also proposed changes in the pension rules. Pensioner – Dependent widow, abandoned and divorced daughter will also be eligible for family pension. If the dependent becomes disabled after the age of 25 years, even then the family pension will be available.
The amount can be deducted from the pension in that recovery case, whose information has been given before retirement. The concerned officers will be responsible for the delay in the pension case. Here, in view of the upcoming elections, information about the demands of the employees has been taken through the State Employees Welfare Committee and now the demands are being seriously considered.
