A big update has come out on Diwali bonus of employees in Uttarakhand. Uttarakhand government’s preparations for Diwali bonus of employees are almost complete. The Finance Department has sent the file of Diwali Bonus and four percent Dearness Allowance (DA) to Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami.
It is believed that within two days, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami can gift bonus to the government employees. Government employees will benefit from getting bonus before Diwali. However, DA (dearness allowance) received by government employees is likely to take some time.
If sources are to be believed, the government may also take a decision on DA soon. Uttarakhand government gives Rs 7000 as Diwali bonus to employees up to grade-pay 4800. About 1.35 lakh government employees will be covered under the Diwali bonus given by the Uttarakhand government.
Now four days are left for Diwali festival. The Finance Department has sent the related file to the CM for approval. After CM Dhami’s consent, it is believed that the bonus amount can come into the accounts of the employees within two days. Additional Chief Secretary Finance Anandbardhan has confirmed that the file has been sent.
