Employees Honorarium Hike: A big announcement has been made by the state government for the employees. His honorarium has been increased. With an increase of Rs 4,000 in the honorarium, the employees will be given the benefit of Rs 10,000 salary per month. After the order was given by the CM, now orders have been issued in the department.
Under the Dhoop Deep Naivedya Prasad, the Telangana government has now increased the allowance given to temple staff and priests. The order has been issued by the Charitable Department following the order of the Chief Minister.
In which temple employees and priests will get great relief. The amount given under candle offerings has been increased. Till now the monthly amount given for Dhoop Deep Naivedya was Rs 6000, which has been increased to Rs 10000.
Additional expenditure of Rs 78.49 crore every year
Under this amount, it has been announced to give Rs 4000 to the temple premises while Rs 6000 to the temple workers. Recently, during the inauguration ceremony of Viprohiya Brahmin Kalyan Bhawan, an increase in the honorarium of the priest was announced by Chief Minister Kar. for which orders have been issued. The government will now incur an additional expenditure of Rs 78.49 crore every year to give honorarium to the priest.
Orders issued to increase honorarium
In the matter, Endowments Minister Indrakaran Reddy said that orders have been issued to increase the honorarium for the priest. The honorarium has been increased under the Dhup Deepa Naivaidyam scheme. The minister said that in undivided Andhra Pradesh, priests were provided an honorarium of only ₹2,500 per month.
On the other hand, after the formation of Telangana state, the Chief Minister had decided to increase the monthly honorarium up to Rs.6000, now it has been increased to Rs.10000. Before this, the state government had provided honorarium to 1805 temples. After which this figure has increased to 6541.
