Uttarakhand Employees Incentive Amount: There is good news for the roadways employees of Uttarakhand. The Dhami government of the state has given a big gift to the employees. Roadways employees performing duty on Diwali, Govardhan Puja and Bhai Dooj will be given incentive amount by the Transport Corporation. However, the corporation management had recently announced the incentive scheme.
These workers will get benefits
Uttarakhand Transport Corporation has decided that if drivers, conductors and technical personnel do full duty for 11 days during the festive season, they will be given incentive amount. Under this, those who do duty for 11 days from November 5 to November 15 with only one leave, will be given this incentive.
The benefit of the scheme will be available. On completing the prescribed km, the driver and conductor will get an amount of Rs 1.5 thousand each as incentive. This scheme will also be applicable to workshop and technical personnel. Under the incentive scheme, technical workers of the workshop will get Rs 1,000 for doing duty for full 11 days.
Who will get how much incentive?
- Under the order, driver-conductors operating on plain routes must have driven a minimum of 2750 km, driver-conductors operating on mixed plain and mountain routes must have driven at least 2200 km, and driver-conductors operating on mountain routes only must have driven a minimum of 1980 km. An incentive amount of Rs.
- During this period, the employees who will do duty for 11 days in the workshops will get an incentive amount of Rs 1000 per employee. During Diwali, from 11th to 15th November, one thousand rupees will be given to the personnel operating in 1850 mixed routes.
- During this period, outsourced employees who will do duty for 11 days will also get one thousand rupees. Diesel, bag, checking, cashier and timekeeper clerks directly involved in the operation of the depot will also get an incentive amount of Rs 1000.
- The driver-conductor who will operate 1850 km on plain route, 1400 on mixed route and 1000 km on mountain route on the main dates of 11, 12, 13 and 15 November, will also get an additional incentive amount of Rs 1500.
- Assistant General Managers and Deputy Officers of the three depots earning the highest income during this period will be promoted separately.
Dearness allowance also increased by 4 percent, wage rates also increased
Let us tell you that recently the dearness allowance of Transport Corporation officers, employees, contract, outsourced, special category drivers and conductors was increased by four percent. The new rates have been implemented from September 1, in such a situation, the employees and officers will have to pay arrears of 2 months. Will also get benefit. After this decision, DA has increased from 38 percent to 42 percent.
Remuneration rates for contract, outsourced, special category drivers and conductors have also been increased in accordance with the increase in dearness allowance. On plain routes, drivers will get Rs 3.12 per km instead of Rs 3.04, conductors will get Rs 2.64 per km instead of Rs 2.57.
On mountain routes, drivers will be paid Rs 3.65 per km instead of Rs 3.55 and conductors will be paid Rs 3.10 per km instead of Rs 3. These rates will also be applicable from September 1. Six thousand employees and officers will benefit from this.
