Order to give Arrears by giving increment from July 1
Under the seventh pay scale, the Finance Department of the Government of Chhattisgarh has given orders to give arrears to the government servants retiring on June 30 by giving increment from July 1. An order in this regard has been issued as per the order of High Court Bilaspur. On the other hand, in the related case, instructions have been given to amend the retirement benefits of the petitioner and complete the process of payment of arrears within a time period of 90 days. Retirement benefits and arrears will be paid to them within 90 days after the instructions given by the department.
The Finance Department issued the order from the order issued by the Advocate General Office of Revenue Mineral Fisheries Department including Secretary Forest and Climate Change Department, School Education Department, Urban Administration Development Department including Agriculture and Biotechnology Department, Water Resources Department, Health Family Welfare Department Bilaspur Instructed to provide the list of the petitioner’s office/department involved in the related petitions. Along with this, orders have also been given to complete the action within the prescribed time limit.
Payment of difference amount including arrears within 3 months
Revising the increment on the retirement of the employees included in the list, along with the arrears of the difference amount, is to be completed by the office and the department within 3 months.
Payment of arrears in 90 days
Earlier, a hearing was held in the Bilaspur High Court on the petition to give increment to the government employees retiring on June 30. In which the arrears will be paid in 90 days under the order issued by the Advocate General Office Bilaspur in repetition after the order given by the High Court Bilaspur on July 10.
