In this, the LTC agreement has been made for 2 years, which will be applicable till 2024. The same allowance has been decided for 4 years i.e. till 2027. According to media reports, the decision on LTC pending for 50 months and Petrol Allowance pending for 14 months for the employees of Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Limited (formerly JUSCO), a 100 percent subsidiary of Tata Steel, has been finalized. In the meeting held on Thursday, there was a big agreement between the company management and Jusco labor union regarding LTC and allowance, after which it was signed. After the agreement, all the office bearers reached the union office and the office bearers who signed with the committee members of all the departments held a meeting and informed about the agreement made in the pending LTC and Petrol Allowance.
