Employees Pending Salary: The Madhya Pradesh High Court has given great relief to the Class IV employees of the Health Department. The High Court has directed the Health Department to resolve the pending salary representations of the petitioner workers within 30 days. The High Court has directed the department to pay the salaries within a month. This order has been given by the single bench of Justice Vivek Aggarwal.

The Health Department did not listen, the matter reached the High Court

The department has not provided any salary to the petitioners after their appointment. The petitioners gave representations from time to time to the officials of the Health Department, but no action has been taken so far, but when no solution was found even in 4 years, a petition was filed in the High Court.

High Court gave these instructions

After this, the single bench of Justice Vivek Aggarwal said that the High Court has directed the Health Department to resolve the pending representations related to the salary of the petitioner workers within 30 days. Consider the application and ensure payment of salary to the employees.
