In this, all the data of the employees will be kept at the government level. In this, the report of the employees posted at the block and district will be sent to the government from the Nyaya Panchayat level. It will be made from the government level itself. Which will later be made available to the districts. Not only this, after the rules are made, the employees will also get promotion.
Along with this new posts will also be created. A 5-member team has been constituted from the state government level for this. A team will be deployed from the Nyaya Panchayat level to the district level and will observe their work with full monitoring of the employees. For this, there will be deployment of Safai Nayak at Nyaya Panchayat level, Sanitation Supervisor at Block and Sanitation Inspector at district. This will give huge benefits to the employees.
