Promotion process started
The process of promotion of the employees working on the post of Clerk and Junior Assistant of Higher Education Department has been started. Himachal Pradesh
As per the instructions given by the government, the directorate has demanded the detailed details of the employee from all the district deputy directors. The color of different district of the state will be given the benefit of promotion to Junior Assistant.
Promotion benefits to employees who have completed 7 years of service
The Higher Education Department has decided to give the benefit of promotion to the employees who have completed 7 years of regular service on December 30, 2023. For this, the 7 years regular service of Junior Assistant to the Clerk is going to be completed on 31st December. His list was released by the department. The directorate issued a letter in this regard to all the district deputy directors of the state on Friday, instructing them to send the detailed details of all 354 employees along with certificates to the directorate within 20 days.
Order to District Deputy Directors
District deputy directors have been ordered to inform the head of the school about this at the earliest. Send the certificates of the promoted employees to the directorate as soon as possible. The order issued by the directorate clarified that it will be the responsibility of the head of the school to check the records and service books of the employees along with the years.
261 senior assistants will be promoted to superintendents
Explain that under the process, the directorate will promote 261 senior assistants serving in various schools of the state and make them superintendents. For this, the department has released the list of employees. The same has been demanded from the head of the school as soon as possible for the records including their certificates and service books. It will be mandatory to complete this process in 20 days.
