Dearness Allowance, Salary Hike: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has given gifts to government employees before the elections. CM has increased Dearness Allowance (DA) of government employees. The state government has increased the DA of government employees for the second time ahead of the elections. Elections are to be held in Chhattisgarh in November 2023 this year. This year, the Chhattisgarh government has increased the DA of the employees by a total of 9 per cent, including both times.
DA increased by 9% for one year in Chhattisgarh
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has increased the dearness allowance of the employees by 4 percent. This decision of the government will benefit 5 lakh employees of the state. The employees of Chhattisgarh will now get dearness allowance at the rate of 42 per cent. The Congress government of Chhattisgarh has increased the DA for the second time in a year. Earlier, on July 6, the government had increased it by 5 percent.
Increased salary of employees working on contract
There will be a 27 percent increase in the salary of employees working on more than 37,000 contracts. There will be an increase of Rs 4,000 per month in the salary of employees working on daily ways. There will be an increase of Rs 2,000 in the salary of 1650 visiting teachers in the state. 6000 patwaris of the state will get resource allowance of Rs 500 every month. All police constables will get an annual kit allowance of Rs 8,000.
Health worker will get money
Health worker trainer will get Rs 100 daily incentive. The special allowance given to the Panchayat Secretary will be Rs 2,500. It will be given only to those who have completed 15 years. Panchayat secretaries who have completed more than 15 years will get Rs 3,000 more.
Chhattisgarh government increased HRA
Under the 7th Pay Commission, all government employees will get 9% House Rent Allowance for those falling in B category and 6% HRA for those falling in C category. Increasing the DA of the government will increase the expenditure of Rs 800 crore on the state government.
