Let us tell you that currently 61,560 fixed-pay employees are working for the state government.
With this decision, Class 3- 4400 grade pay fixed-pay employees will get a monthly salary of Rs 49,600 instead of Rs 38,090.
Class 3- 4200 and 2800 grade pay employees will get monthly salary of Rs 40,800 instead of Rs 31,340 at present.
Class 3 – Fixed-pay employees in grade pay 2400, 2000, 1900, 1800 will get Rs 26,000 instead of Rs 19,950 monthly at present.
Class 4- 1650, 1400, 1300 grade pay fixed-pay employees will get Rs 21,100 monthly instead of Rs 16,224.
This decision will put an additional burden of Rs 548.64 crore on the government annually.
The Central Government also gave good news.
At the same time, the Central Government has increased the Dearness Allowance for central employees and Dearness Relief for pensioners by 4%. DA increase will be implemented from July 1, 2023.
Now with the 4 percent increase, dearness allowance will increase from 42 percent to 46 percent. This decision will benefit 48.67 lakh central government employees and 67.95 lakh pensioners.
