In which 2 to 3 years old case file was found. In such a situation, orders were given by the Vice President to dispose of these files immediately. Despite this, no hearing took place. Taking this matter seriously by the Vice President, the record of his missing file has been taken from all the enforcement officers.

Out of which 60 to 70 files were not found, this file was found on the desk of the clerks. Implementing important orders on which orders have now been given to fix the work liability for the clerk towards his salary. At the time of fixation of pay, the color certificate will have to be given on the 20th. In case the file is pending, it will be mandatory to give proper reason to the clerks.
