There is good news for the employees. Actually they will get the benefit of transfer. Rules and policies have been set for this. Employees will have to join the new posting within 7 days.

Employees Transfer Rule: There is good news for the employees. They will get the benefit of transfer. The process has been started for this. With the transfer of the employee and officer serving under the state government, it will be mandatory for them to join their new postings by the appointed or fixed date.

Transfer process started

The transfer process has also been started by the Uttar Pradesh government. After being transferred, if an officer does not relieve the employees serving under him or does not take charge on a new preparation within 7 days, then it will be considered as indiscipline. Strict action can be taken for this.

On the other hand, as per the new transfer policy, it has been made mandatory for the employees to join the new post without waiting for the replacement within one week of the transfer order being issued. It has also been made mandatory for the concerned authority to relieve the transferred personnel immediately.

Relief given to aspirational block

Relief has been given to 8 aspirational districts of Bundelkhand and 100 aspirational development blocks of 34 districts of Uttar Pradesh. The new transfer policy has been implemented after the approval of the cabinet. With the permission of the departmental minister, transfers can be done till June 30. Employees posted in 8 districts and all the districts of Bundelkhand, related to the Aspirational District Plan of the State announced by the Government of India, will not be released by the authorities even until the charge is taken. This restriction will not apply to IAS, IPS, IFS, PCS, IPS officers.

Guidelines issued

At the same time, guidelines have been issued for the transferred employees in the new transfer policy. If the transferred employee does not join the new posting within the fixed time, he will be relieved. Disciplinary action will be taken against the employees for not taking charge at the appointed time at the place of new posting.
