If it is approved, then Rs 7000 will be given to the employees as Diwali bonus. Apart from this, amendments in industrial policies, conservation foundation of Rajaji Tiger Reserve will also be discussed in the meeting. Formation, decisions are likely to be taken on many major issues related to old pension of employees.
Decision on Diwali bonus today
It is reported that 1.40 lakh employees of the state will be given bonus before Diwali, the Finance Department has prepared a proposal for this, which will be placed in the cabinet today. It is believed that this year also the state government will give Rs 7000 as bonus to the employees on the occasion of Diwali.
Employees up to 4800 grade pay will also get this benefit. There is a possibility that after getting approval from the cabinet today, the amount of Diwali bonus can be sent to the accounts of the employees along with the salary in the first week of November. In the form of bonus on the state government There will be a financial burden of about Rs 100 crore.
Decision may also be taken on DA
Apart from Diwali bonus, now Uttarakhand government can also take a decision on increasing dearness allowance by 4 percent.
There is news that there may be a big announcement regarding dearness allowance for more than 3 lakh employees in November, for this Finance has sent the files for higher approval. At present the employees are getting the benefit of 42 percent DA, if 4 percent more If there is an increase, DA will increase from 42% to 46%, it will be implemented from July 2023, in such a case arrears of 3 months will also be given.
