In this, the Universal Account Number (UAN), name, Aadhaar details, bank account number and even the details of the nominee were shared. According to the report, the researcher revealed that both the IP addresses were Azure-hosted and India-based. He said that after reviewing the leaked data online, I realized that I had seen something big and urgent.

According to the report, Diachenko claimed that as soon as the data of the PF account of such a large number of Indians was confirmed, the researcher tagged the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in a tweet and informed about the data leak. CERT-In responded to his tweet and asked him to report the hack in an email.
Data missing from IP address
The details were removed from both the IP addresses within 12 hours of Diachenko’s tweet. The Ukrainian researcher said that the addresses of both IP addresses have now been removed and no data exists. The report quoted Diachenko as saying that till August 3, no response had been received from any agency or company regarding this data.
