EPFO Complaint: If there is a complaint related to EPFO withdrawal, EPF account transfer, KYC, then take advantage of the facility of Grievance Management System.
Go to the epfigms.gov.in portal and click on ‘Register Grievance’ to register the complaint.
OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email id in the EPFO database, so keep it with you.
After entering the personal details, click on the PF number regarding which the complaint is to be lodged.
Select the Grievance category and give the details of your complaint.
The complaint registration number will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
On entering the mobile number and email id in the View Status option on epfigms.gov.in, the status of the complaint will be displayed.
