EPFO Online Claim: Like other institutions including Indian Railways, Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) also keeps taking many measures for its members. It is seen that people have to face a lot of difficulties to get their PF claim. EPFO has taken cognizance of this issue. On behalf of the organization, the regional offices have been asked to reduce the delay in the claim process. It has also been asked to ensure that the claim is not rejected repeatedly or on unfair grounds.
In a letter to regional offices, EPFO has now given strict guidelines to ensure that claims are processed as quickly as possible and the same claim is not rejected on multiple grounds.
EPFO said that each claim should be thoroughly scrutinized in the first instance and the member should be informed about the reasons for rejection in the first instance. It has been found that often the same claim is rejected again and again on different grounds.

Additionally, regional or additional PF commissioners will be responsible for rejection of claims in their jurisdiction. Field offices have also been asked to send a report on rejection of similar PF claims every month to the zonal office for review to ensure that they are processed within the required timelines.
Many members and stakeholders had complained to EPFO. It was said that the money was not coming within the stipulated time limit. People have complained of undue delay and harassment. Many members have also highlighted the irregular practices being followed in some PF offices due to which their claims are being returned multiple times.
Withdraw PF money online like this
First of all go to www.epfindia.gov.in .
Click on the option of online advance claim on the home page.
Now login by going to https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/index.php .
Enter UAN and password.
Tab on Online Services option.
Select Form 31 and indicate the reason for withdrawing PF money.
Write how much money you want to withdraw.
Upload bank copy.
Complete home address and then Aadhaar verification.
Click on Get Aadhaar OTP.
Now OTP will come on the Aadhaar linked phone number, enter it.
In this way your process will be completed and after some time you will get a call for confirmation.
