But a new rule has been implemented by NPCI i.e. National Payment Corporation of India regarding Fastag. These new rules have come into effect from August 1, i.e. today. According to the new rule, it is necessary to get the KYC of Fastag done. However, these include those Fastags which are 3 years old. According to RBI guidelines, KYC can be updated offline as well as online. For this, you will have to talk to the bank that issues Fastag. You will have to go to the bank branch and fill the application form. After this, the details will be updated in your Fastag account by the bank.
