7th Cpc Employees, 7th pay Commission, CPSEs Employees DA Hike: There is good news for the employees. Orders have been issued to increase the dearness allowance for them. Dearness Allowance has been increased for the employees of 1997 pay scale including CDA Pattern Pay Scale, 2007, 2017 of CPSEs as per the order issued by the Ministry of Finance. The revised rates will be applicable from April 1.
DA for CDA Pattern Pay Scale
The rates of Dearness Allowance payable to employees following the CDA pattern pay scales have also been revised. DA payable to CDA employees may be increased from the existing rate of 38% to 42% with effect from 01.01.2023. These rates are applicable in the case of CDA employees whose pay has been revised w.e.f. 01.01.2016 as per DPE’s OM dated 17.08.2017.
Earlier in July 2022, his DA was 38 percent. At the same time, from January 2023, the dearness allowance of the workers has been increased by 4 percent by the central government. After which orders have been given to increase the DA of CDA employees
DA for CPSEs 2017 Pay Scale
In the issued order with reference to Para 7 and Annexure-III(B) of DPE’s OM dated 03.08.2017, it has been directed that the Board level and below Board level officers and non-federal supervisors of CPSEs The rates of Dearness Allowance have been revised. The rate of Dearness Allowance payable to Executives and Non-Unionized Supervisors of CPSEs has been fixed at 37.7% w.e.f. 01.04.2023 for 2017 pay scale.
The above rate of DA i.e. 37.7% will be applicable in the case of IDA employees who have been allowed Revised Scale of Pay (2017) vide DPE OM dated 03.08.2017, 04.08.2017 and 07.09.2017. Earlier in January the DA was 37.2%.
DA for CPSEs 2007 Pay Scale
Along with this, dearness allowance has also been increased for 2007 pay scale employees of CPSEs, it has been increased by an additional 1.1 percent for April 2023 under DA of January, after which DA has increased to 202.3.
DA for CPSEs 1997 Pay Scale
Apart from this, dearness allowance has also been increased for 1997 pay scale employees of CPSEs, it has been increased by 2 percent more in April under DA of January, after which DA has increased to 402.4.
27 to 30 thousand rupees will come in the account
The order states that all administrative Ministries/Departments of the Government of India are requested to bring the foregoing to the notice of the CPSEs under their administrative control for necessary action at their end. Along with this, 27 to 30 thousand rupees can be seen in his account.
