HCL Hiring: Indian IT companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro and HCL Technologies have intensified hiring in the US during the last few years. This effort is to prove American jobs outsourced wrong.
Indian IT company HCL Technologies is going to give jobs to 12,000 people in America. The company will give job opportunities to these people during the next five years. Out of these, about two thousand people will be given an opportunity to work with HCL within the next one and a half years.
Part of Rise at HCL program
Giving information about this, the company said that this hiring is part of its program Rise At HCL to provide employment to local people in America. Focus on training freshers
C Vijayakumar, CEO and MD, HCL Technologies said that the Rise at HCL program is focused on training freshers. In this, freshers are given training ranging from job learning to soft skill development. Through this program, we will prepare youth who have recently graduated or are going to graduate soon to work in HCL.
Emphasis will be on these states
HCL will be hiring for roles such as App Development, Cloud, IT Infra Services, Internet of Things, Data Analytics and Digital Engineering through this program. This hiring is going to be concentrated in the US states like North Carolina, Texas, California, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Connecticut.Live TV
