Gold and silver prices have declined for the third consecutive day this trading week. On Monday, Tuesday as well as on Wednesday, gold and silver prices were seen softening. After this fall, gold has once again fallen below Rs 59,000 per 10 grams and silver has fallen below Rs 71,000 per kg.

Gold and silver rates this week

  • On Wednesday, gold became cheaper by Rs 479 and closed at around Rs 58,454 per 10 grams. While silver fell by Rs 627 and closed at Rs 70,930 per kg.
  • On Tuesday, gold became cheaper by Rs 196 per 10 grams and closed at Rs 58,933 per 10 grams, while silver fell by Rs 1458 per kg and closed at Rs 71,557 per kg.
  • On Monday, gold fell by Rs 5 to Rs 59,129 per 10 grams, while silver fell by Rs 160 to close at Rs 73,015 per kg.

Latest rates of 24 to 14 Carat Gold

  • After this fall, on Wednesday, 24 Carat gold was trading at Rs 58454, 23 Carat Rs 58220, 22 Carat Rs 53544, 18 Carat Rs 43841 and 14 Carat Rs 34196 per 10 grams.
  • It is noteworthy that the prices of gold and silver in MCX and international market are without tax, hence there is a slight difference in its rates in the markets across the country.
