In fact, 8.33 percent bonus amount will be paid to thousands of employees and officers of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. Apart from this, 20000 will be given as a grant. The total amount is estimated to be Rs 60 crore. Along with the employees, teachers and Kinder Garden teachers will also get the benefit of this. The same Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shekhar Singh has issued orders regarding bonus and grant.
A 5-year agreement has been signed by the Mahanagar Palika Employees Union and Municipality Administration for 8.33% bonus and 20000 ex-gratia. Under which bonus grant will be paid to the employees every year. There are 7084 employees working in the Metropolitan Municipality. Apart from this, the number of primary and secondary teachers is about one and a half thousand.
In such a situation, leave area for all officer employees, medical officers and leave reserved nurses will be paid at the rate of 8.33 percent of the salary. Along with this 20000 will be made available as grant. Apart from this, on the basis of honorarium, its benefits will be made available to the organizers including the Medical Officer, Officer Staff of the Reserve Education Department.
