In fact, under the National Health Mission of Uttar Pradesh, an increase of 5 percent has been approved in the honorarium of staff nurses working on contract. There are a total of 4699 staff nurses in the government hospital. Dinesh 3652 will get the benefit of increase in honorarium. At the same time, the time of one year for the appointment of 1000 staff nurses has not yet been completed. For this reason, they will not get the benefit of honorarium hike now but will be given in the coming time.
While the benefit of increased honorarium is to be made available to the old staff nurses in the financial year 2022-23. Under this, after increasing the honorarium on the basis of seniority, the employees posted in the Community Health Center, Primary Health Center and Health Center in rural and urban areas will now be made available up to Rs 29374 while other staff nurses will be provided with the benefit of honorarium up to Rs 20000. .
Apart from this, the Chief Medical Superintendent and Divisional Additional Director will not recruit it after a big fraud in the recruitment of class IV employees is exposed. After the number of frauds in recruitment, the responsibility of this has been entrusted to the Director of Medical and Health Department. Along with recruitment and transfer process will also be completed. The proposal for this has to be taken to the state government also.
