The central government has given a big gift to its 6th pay commission employees before Diwali. Central Autonomous Body Employees (CAB Employees) will be given the benefit of pay scale according to the 6th Central Pay Commission from 1st July 2022.
The revised rate of Dearness Allowance (DA Hike) has been revised to get the revised pay scale. Dearness Allowance has been increased at the rate of 9 per cent.
The Finance Department has issued orders in this regard. According to the order issued by the Finance Department, DA has been increased from 203 percent to 212%. With effect from July 1, DA will be paid on Basic Pay. 3 months arrears to be paid to the employees.
It has been said in the issued order that the O.M. of this department. No. 1/3(1)/2008-E.11(b) dated the 7th April, 2022 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the rate of Dearness Allowance (DA) in respect of employees of the Central Government and Central Autonomous Bodies which is within the 6th Central Pay Those who continue to draw their pay in the pre-revised pay scale/grade pay as per the Commission, will be increased from the existing 203% of the basic pay to 212% from 01.07.2022.
