The news of relief is that the payment of outstanding allowances and amount will be sent to the account of officers and employees by March 6. In this regard, Finance Controller of Transport Corporation Sanjay Singh has sent guidelines to the officers across the state on Friday. About 18 thousand workers will get the benefit of this outstanding allowance.
Tell that in January, the UP government had approved the 17 percent dearness allowance of the UP State Road Transport Corporation employees, after which the dearness allowance of the roadways workers had increased to 17 percent. Orders in this regard were sent to the Transport Corporation Administration, in which orders have been issued to give 17 percent dearness allowance from July 2021. Due to this, there was a jump of 6000 in the salary of the employees.
5000 advance benefit to contract workers
Apart from this, the Yogi government of UP has also given a gift to the contract workers. The state government will give Rs 5,000 in advance on Holi to about 25,000 contract drivers and operators across the state. This money will be deducted from the salary given in the month of February to March. In this regard, details of the monthly salary of the entire state have been sought.
