There was a big complaint continuously by the outsourced employee of Chandigarh Health Mission. In which it was being said that they were not being released the payment of salary on time. On which the Chandigarh Health Department took a big decision in the interest of the outsourced employee.
According to the Director of Health, now the employees working in all government hospitals, civil hospitals and dispensaries under the health department will be paid salaries on time. Failure to do so will result in the employee’s officer being liable for penalty.
More than 400 officer employees are working in all the government hospitals of the city, civil hospital dispensary. Apart from nursing staff, technical staff and what servants have also been included in these. In fact, the outsourced employees had complained to the department that they are not being released salary on time. Due to which they are facing financial difficulties. In such a situation, the services provided at times are also getting affected. On which this important decision has now been taken.
According to the Director of Health, if the salary is not paid on time to the outsourced employees, then the dealing assistant of the concerned department will be suspended with immediate effect. The same outsourced employees should not face any kind of inconvenience from the department. Instructions have also been given to take strict steps for this. After which it is now decided that the outsourced employees will be paid their salaries on time.
