858 workers working in CCL were given mass promotions. In Bermo, 48 employees were given promotion letters.

There is good news for BCCL employees. The 48th Foundation Day of Coal India Limited (CIL) and Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) was celebrated on 1st November with great fanfare and promotions were given to the employees. It is reported that BCCL has prepared a list of promotions of more than 1000 employees, which was announced on Tuesday on the foundation day of Coal India. It is estimated that about 1700 personnel will be promoted.

Programs were held in all areas including CCL’s Darbhanga House Headquarters. On the foundation day, 858 workers working in CCL were given mass promotions. Promotion letters were given to 48 employees in Bermo. Promotion orders were handed over to 101 employees in Kusunda area 6 on the 48th foundation day of Coal India in Dhanbad and 50th foundation day of BCCL. In this, promotion orders were given to 60 employees of ADIC, 25 of Area Officer, 6 of Gondudih Khas Kusunda Colliery, 7 of East Basuria Colliery and 3 of New Godhar Kusunda Colliery.

Please tell that in BCCL, non-officers are promoted on Coal India Foundation Day itself. On the first Coal India Foundation Day, more than three thousand coal employees were getting promotion in BCCL, but in the present era, due to shortage in manpower and surplus manpower, the number of employees getting promotion is decreasing. According to present manpower budget in BCCL About 8,000 coal workers are surplus. On the retirement of 10 coal workers working in Kusunda Area 6, they were given farewell by feeding them flowers and sweets.
