Employees Honorarium Payment: There is good news for the employees of Madhya Pradesh. In fact, honorarium has been allocated for them. Soon the amount will be transferred to their account. The honorarium for the month of November will be paid into their account within 1 to 2 days. Along with this, instructions were given to the District Education Officers.

Allocation of Rs 4 crore 6 lakh 35 thousand 595
An allocation of Rs 4 crore 6 lakh 35 thousand 595 has been made for the honorarium of the employees. It has been said in the issued instructions that this amount is being made available in the DDO code of the District Education Officer. At the same time, it will be mandatory to ensure the work style before payment to the employees.

Instructions to District Education Officers
In fact, in the order issued by Sanjay Kumar, Additional Director, Finance Department, Directorate of Public Education, Madhya Pradesh, it was said that the amount of honorarium of the outsource operator has been allocated in the account of the district education officers of all the districts. Through which their dues will be paid.

In the issued instructions, it was said that provision of data entry operator has been made for 50 approved upgradation schools of July 2013. Operator should not be paid more than the number of approved schools during this period. In addition, the responsibility of the Drawing Disbursing Officer for erroneous payments has been fixed.

The operator concerned is being paid. Whatever work he has done, his certification will be done by the prescribed officer taking the work.

Earlier, the proof of payment made to the agency for the honorarium of the data entry operator should be obtained as soon as the amount is credited to the RTGS account. Apart from this, it will be mandatory to confirm whether the amount of EPF and ESIC is being deposited in the concerned institution or not while paying the amount.
